Finalisation of the Sensitive List to the COMESA Common External Tariff

This was not targeted in the first quarter. Although Uganda together with EAC-COMESA Member States submitted a common sensitive list, finalisation of the commitments on the list awaits conclusion of the discussions on how the four EAC-COMESA Member States will participate in the COMESA Customs Union.
